Osto-Meet is a supportive social and friendship group hosted by the Calgary Ostomy Society for individuals living with an ostomy, j-pouch, or related surgery. We understand how isolating this experience can be, and our group is here to help you connect with others who truly understand and can offer a sense of belonging.
