Tiffany Shorson is a volunteer with Calgary Ostomy, serving as Treasurer and Marketing Coordinator. After her first ostomy surgery in 1992 for Ulcerative Colitis, she underwent multiple procedures before receiving a permanent ileostomy in 2011. Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2013, Tiffany now lives with a permanent disability and is passionate about helping others with ostomies live life to the fullest.

Attendees gained valuable insights on reducing leaks, improving appliance use, and accessing support through Convatec and the local ostomy community.
