We meet via Zoom on the last Tuesday of every month at 7:00 pm. \n\n\n\nOur meeting is an opportunity to connect with others in Calgary and Southern Alberta who truly understand what you’re going through. Share your experiences\, learn from others\, and find the emotional support to make all the difference in your journey. \n\n\n\nOur discussion will cover critical aspects of ostomy management\, including diet\, hydration\, and how to choose the right appliances for your needs. \n\n\n\nFor those with a J-pouch\, we’re planning a “breakout group” session to focus on your unique challenges and questions\, depending on attendance.
