Then\, giddy up and enter our Cowtown’s Best Dressed in the West fashion contest! \n\n\n\nWhether it’s denim and lace\, rhinestones and fringe\, or boots and buckles galore\, this is your chance to strut your stuff and show off your true country spirit. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\nContestants are encouraged to dress in their own take on Western wear\, but your outfit must include at least one of the following: \n\n\n\n\nCowboy hat\n\n\n\nCowboy belt with a big buckle or silver concho belt\n\n\n\nCowboy boots or roper boots\n\n\n\n\nAccessorize your lil’ cowboy (or cowgirl!) heart out — the fancier\, the better! DESCRIPTION:Navigating the world of ostomies and J-pouches can be challenging\, but you’re not alone. Whether you are newly diagnosed or a seasoned veteran in managing your condition\, the Calgary Ostomy & J-Pouch Virtual Support Group offers a community filled with understanding\, resources\, and invaluable support. We meet via Zoom on the last Tuesday of every month at 7:00 pm. \n\n\n\nOur meeting is an opportunity to connect with others who truly understand what you’re going through. Share your experiences\, learn from others\, and find the emotional support to make all the difference in your journey. \n\n\n\nOur discussion will cover critical aspects of ostomy management\, including diet\, hydration\, and how to choose the right appliances for your needs. \n\n\n\nFor those with a J-pouch\, we’re planning a “breakout group” session to focus on your unique challenges and questions\, depending on attendance.
