Osto-Meet: Monthly Gathering

Join the next Osto-Meet dinner on the second Saturday of every month. During the summer months, we will meet at 6:00 pm for dinner, and in the winter months, we will have lunch at 1:00 pm. Stay tuned for more information.

Osto-Meet is a supportive social and friendship group hosted by the Calgary Ostomy Society for individuals living with an ostomy, j-pouch, or related surgery. We understand how isolating this experience can be, and our group is here to help you connect with others who truly understand and can offer a sense of belonging.
